You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.

Pre-order items are made to order and typically ship within 4–6 weeks from the date of purchase. This timeframe covers production, quality control, and fulfillment.

You’ll receive regular email updates as your order moves through production and fulfillment.

By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and accept the extended fulfillment window.

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and the rate selected at checkout. Delivery times are usually 3–7 business days once your order has shipped.

We currently ship to select countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. Customs fees or import duties are the customer’s responsibility.

📦 Lost / Stolen Packages

Once an order is in transit, D’ZHURE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the package, please contact the carrier directly.
