All sales are final. Due to the limited nature of our collections and the intentionality behind each piece, D’ZHURE does not offer refunds at this time.

However, we do offer store credit in the event that:

    •    You received the wrong item

    •    Your item arrived damaged

To request store credit, contact us at contact@dzhure.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. Claims made after 3 days will not be accepted.

All preorder items are made to order. Because production begins shortly after purchase, cancellations or changes are not accepted after 24 hours of placing your order.

Please allow the full stated timeframe for preorder items to be fulfilled and shipped.
